3. Prices and Offer

All prices are in euros (EUR). Prices may be changed without prior notice; the price at the time of ordering applies. We are not bound by obvious errors in prices or descriptions.

4. Order and Agreement

The agreement is formed once we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud or if a product is unavailable; in that case, any payment will be fully refunded.

5. Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website. Orders are shipped only after payment has been received.

6. Delivery

We ship from a warehouse in the European Union. Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days and then shipped. You can find the estimated delivery time at checkout and in the confirmation email. Shipping within the EU is free for orders over €100.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product. You must inform us by email within this period. The product must be returned unused and in its original, sealed packaging. Sealed perfumes whose seal has been broken cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

8. Refund

Upon receipt of the return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days at the latest via the original payment method. The costs of the return shipment are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Guarantee and Complaints

We only supply original products. If a product is damaged or not as described, please contact us within 14 days at info@asgard-corp.com with your order number and a photo. We will then look for a suitable solution.
